This week’s class is devoted Participation Self-Assessment Meetings. A schedule for group meetings will be posted on the LMS. Please come a little early for your meeting, and wait outside the classroom. (You can knock when the start time for your meeting arrives.)
Please make sure to fill out the handout linked below before our group’s meeting. (There will not be time to fill it out during our small group meeting.)
In the meeting, we will discuss what you and your peers think is a fair participation mark for this half of the semester for you.
Paragraph Practice
This week, since there’s no textbook work, you should take the time to review everything we’ve learned in this class, and also spend some time writing paragraphs using the entire paragraph-writing process taught in our class. You should practice the entire process because you will need to use it on the exam, and should practice paragraphs of all three types that we studied this semester.
